The team of the association is formed by highly qualified experts in the field of social and exact sciences. Their qualification is a result of a solid academic background and experience in the relative fields, their participation in national projects and programmes of the European Union, permanent contacts with the private sector, SMEs, universities and other educational institutions, local authorities and other institutions as well as their innovative and flexible approach towards specific problems. The working languages of the association are English, Bulgarian, Greek, French and Russian.
