All partners participated in the meeting. During the meeting the current status of the project was discussed and the results of the evaluation of the training courses were also presented. Every one of the partners was proud to share the positive feedback received for the courses in their country and expressed readiness to continue delivering the trainings, developed, improved and adapted during the project after its competition.
Future steps and actions were agreed among the partners, as an accent was put over the possibility for the creation of resource guide with information that might be useful for the operating in the country call and a contact centre was discussed. The source will contain information with references for forthcoming events, connected with the contact center industry over the world, as well as about the possibilities for personal development of the professionals, employed in those organizations.
