Feedback from participants in the course
On January 23, 2010 were successfully completed the first series of Courses for trainers and couches, employed in the call and contact centers in Bulgaria. The training was attended by representatives of fourteen different organizations, occupying a leading position in the industry or actively operating in the field of electronic after-sales service to its customers.
"For me the training was extremely beneficial because it gave me the opportunity to look into ways of thinking to other trainers and managers of different contact centers. We had the chance to share our points of view and to expresse interest positions not only about the different training types used in the organizations, but also about the whole organization of the work process of each one of us.
The training that you, Bulgarian Development Agency, delivered was carried out on a really perfect manner, because it covered all what is in my ideas about education - workbooks, which I currently use for one Telephone Communication training, role plays, and many useful discussions, presentations, trainer, who managed to cope very well with presenting the information and succeeded in arousing interest and in keeping “awake” all of us.
I was personally leaving every Sunday afternoon, while I was attending the course, very enthusiasted, because every time I was expanding my knowledge with something new and interesting - I believe that you can always learn something new, no matter how commercialistic it may sound. I do not know how with the others was, but in my case there wasn’t any imposition of opinion by my direct manager to visit the course, I took this decision by myself and I am certainly very happy."
