Training and Educators Academy for Contact Centres (TEACC)
Bulgarian Development Agency would like to present the course “Training for trainers and coaches for employees in call and contact centres”. The training is organized with the financial support of the European Commission within the framework of sub-programme Leonardo da Vinci and includes two main directions – Training for trainers and Training for coaches.
The programme, specially adapted and implemented in both training courses, has been developed by the Business Academy CallNorthWest at the University of Central Lancashire, Great Britain. It complies fully with the requirements and specificities of the sector and aims to contribute to the continuous professional development of staff involved in building the next generation of highly qualified specialists in call and contact centers.
The courses will be held on the following dates from 10:00 to 16:00 in the building of the Technical University - Sofia:
Training for Coaches - 12 December 2009, and 9,16 and 23 January 2010
Training for Trainers - 13 and 20 December 2009, and 10 and 17 January 2010
Training for all dates will be from 10:00h till 16:00h.
The pilot presentation of the training courses will be free of charge. After successful completion of the course each participant will receive a Certificate. For the purposes of the trainings are provided educational materials and teaching aids equipment.

The pilot course will be provided free of charge for 50 employees (25 trained for trainers and 25 trained for coaches). The number of employees of one organization, who may attend the training sessions, is unlimited. All seats will be filled on a “first come - first served” basis.
