Call for proposals for improvement of the central government
A call for proposals is declared concerning "Standard information and communication environment and interoperability", part of the Operational Programme "Administrative Capacity" (OPAC), Priority Axis III "Quality administrative service delivery and development of e-government."
Purpose
The purpose of this call is to promote improvement of information and communication environment for better administrative services to citizens and business.
Eligible applicants
The invitation is aimed at the central government. According to the Administration Act, the central executive administration includes administration of the Council of Ministers, ministries, state agencies, the administration of state commissions, executive agencies, the administrative structures established by the legislation, which have functions in connection with the exercise of executive power.
Eligible Activities
Activities should be focused on the specific purpose of this proceeding, namely the improvement of information and communication environment for better administrative services to citizens and business.
Examples of eligible activities under this procedure:
- Construction / upgrading of information and communication systems
- Development and implementation of new modules to existing information systems
- Development of analysis programs for the development of national infrastructure for spatial information
- Improvement of existing and introduction of new administrative services,
-Conduct of co-training if necessary and justified, their costs should be up to 10% of total eligible project costs.
Budget: The total cost of the procedure is 7 million lv. Minimum value of the project is 100,000 lv.
