Call for proposals for "Qualification and Employment Promotion" Programme
A call for proposals is declared concerning "Qualification and Employment Promotion”. The invitation is for Invitation for Priority Axis 1 "Promoting economic activity and development of the labor market", the main area of intervention 1.1 "Integration of vulnerable groups in the labor market" within the Operational Programme "Human Resources".
Purpose
The objectives of the grant scheme are:
- To improve access for unemployed persons from vulnerable groups to the labor market, motivation and to promote their employment and providing conditions for active working life,
- Integration of vulnerable groups in the labor market by providing training and retraining,
- Creating conditions for wider application of the principles of lifelong learning, following EU strategies and objectives to create an economy based on knowledge.
Eligible applicants
For the invitation can apply educational institutions, training institutions or organizations, employers, social and economic partners.
Eligible Activities
Activities to be supported are:
1. Provision of training for the acquisition or improvement of professional qualifications under the list of occupations to no higher than third-level qualification
2. Providing apprenticeships with employers for a period of three months of successful training course.
The deadline for implementation of activities under the contract grant is 12 months but not later than 10/31/2013, the project activities should be implemented on the territory of Bulgaria.
Deadline: no deadline is declared, but no later than April 30, 2012.
