BDA gives particular attention to designing, planning and implementing user specific tailor-made on-line training courses on various technical, management or pedagogical topics (see example). BDA is developing e-learning platforms that help creation, delivery and management of learning programs and support collaboration. The organization also gives learners capability to receive mentoring, to share best practices and to interact with their peers.
